Arc (Dr.) Hassan Giwa, the founder of the Hassan Olawale Giwa (HOG) Foundation, has given cash to his supporters in Lagelu/Akinyele Federal Constituency and members of his “think-tank” committee as a way to thank them for their time, effort, and dedication towards his political achievements.
According to a release from his campaign office, Arc Giwa began his show of gratitude on Sunday, July 24, 2022, by hosting political associates and supporters in the Lagelu/Akinyele federal constituency to show his appreciation for their support thus far.
He also took advantage of the gathering to empower a few of his supporters by handing them sewing machines to help their businesses.
On Wednesday and Friday last week, the renowned architect gave financial rewards to members of his think-thank committee, loyalists, and party members to show his appreciation for their effort and dedication.
Speaking to his supporters on Friday, Arc Giwa revealed that the act was in keeping with both his word and the goal of his foundation.
The HOG Founder emphasized the value of the financial incentives while also emphasizing the need to recognize those who have supported the mission over the years with devotion, perseverance, and constancy.
Giwa explained that it is a component of the foundation’s dedication to the empowerment, assistance, and creation of a better future for the underprivileged, students, widows, elderly, and persons with disabilities in society.
In addition to his appreciation, Arc Giwa promised them that despite not receiving the nomination to run in the 2023 election, he would continue to do everything in his power to serve humanity.
That, he continued, is what gave rise to the Hassan Olawale Giwa (HOG) Foundation and ultimately encouraged him to enter politics.
Chief Olukunle Sanda, who also spoke, praised Arc Hassan Giwa for his sincere affection for the residents of the Lagelu/Akinyele federal constituency.
Hassan Giwa, through his Foundation, has benefited the public in numerous ways even though he is not in an elective post, according to Chief Sanda.
The progressive leader said that Arc Giwa had accomplished what many people with the privilege of serving as local government chairman or state honorable for a number of years had been unable to do.
Former CBN Deputy Governor Chief Bayo Adelabu, who also presented the beneficiaries a monetary gift, promised the throngs of supporters in Lagelu Local Government that they would continue to provide the support that was required.
Chief Adelabu said In a few days, he promised that the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) would address the affirmation issue.
Arc Hassan Giwa is one of the politicians who, according to Chief Adelabu, has the interests of the people at the grassroots in mind. Chief Adelabu expressed his willingness to collaborate with him.
The programme was attended by Hon. Oyewumi Oyegoke, Hon. Remi Adebayo, Chief Segun Ajuwon, Chief Segun Ogunyemi, Hon. Debo Arowomole, Hon. Abidemi Olagoke (Atorise), Alhaja Taiwo Ajao and Hon. Sanjo Akanmu among others.
