PHOTOS: House of Healing Ministries, UK Celebrates 10th Anniversary In Grand Style

Celebration of God’s faithfulness, enduring love, protection and unflinching support characterised the 10th anniversary of House of Healing Ministries, Bristol, United Kingdom.

Established in June, 2014 through the leading of the Holy Spirit with its first Sunday service being held in a living room with just 7 people, HOHM has survived all hurdles and surmounted numerous challenges.

In the one decade of spiritual journey, HOHM had been victim of buglers, had challenges on worship venues and many show of disloyalty by some workforce of the church.

With its 10th anniversary ceremony kicking off on 14th of June, 2024 and being climaxed on Sunday 16th, Christians from all walks of life converged on the church premises to appreciate God for His faithfulness.

Setting the pace for the three- day convention, Pastor Faith Adeniran in a homily urged Christians to walk with the holy spirit to understand the secret of God.

Speaking on the topic “Secret to the supernatural everywhere”, Pastor Adeniran said it was essential for everyone to move closer to God to understand secrets of every facet of their lives.

In line with a general saying, Hard work does not go unnoticed, day two of the convention saw people with remarkable service to God including; choristers, Ushers, outstanding individuals and other groups being recognized.

The day also provided an avenue for people to share testimonies with the congregation on the faithfulness of God over their families, health, work among others to edify the name of God.

Highlight of the grand finale was the elevation and ordination of Messers Abimbola Adams and Muyiwa Ijilusi as Minister and Resident pastor.

Charging the newly ordained ministers on the task ahead, Pastor Faith Adeniran urged them to set their priority as God, family and the church.

“Remember you have a great task before you, be strong, do not show your weaknesses before the people you lead. Do not sacrifice your family for the church, ensure you create a good family and pray to God to guide you in all ways. I tell you, this is a big deal ahead you, the Lord shall be your strength” He said.

In a sermon tagged “Don’t look Back”, Pastor Blessing Adeniran who read the scriptures from the book of Genesis 19 :18-22, implored Christians never to summarise their entire lives with one mistake they had made.

While explaining that life was a journey ,the cleric hinted that looking back on the poor past would steal their joy and hamper their future achievements

“Don’t look back, do not allow past events determine your future, don’t allow anyone to judge you based on one mistake of your life,there are other positive chapters of your life.Be focused and always look forward to a better tomorrow” he added
