An Oke Ogun born entrepreneur, Tolulope Olukokun has won the 2022 5th MSMEs Award
Vice president, Professor Yemi Osinbajo presented the award to Olukokun at the event organized by the Federal government MSMEs Clinic, in Abuja
Tolulope Olukokun, the Kajola local government, Oyo State born innovator, is the Founder/CEO ThinkBikes Limited and recipient of many national and international awards.
He won the category of BOI award of excellence in manufacturing.
ThinkBikes has produced a solar powered and battery run bikes that can move at least fifty kilometers on a single charge.
Presenting the award, Vice President Yemi Osinbajo said with the innovation from thinkbikes company, the future of clean energy automobiles and precession engineering is redefined
Meanwhile, Olukokun who was obviously happy at his new achievement took to his Facebook page and wrote:
“In my above 30 years of existence, this is the closest I have been to the leadership of my country and a quick reflection on what brought me here…. Hmmm”
“Facebook fam, I received a message that my company ThinkBikes Limited has been nominated for the 2022 5th MSMEs Award in Abuja out of about 14000 MSMEs, only 22 were shortlisted and we were part of it.”
“I didn’t know what to expect though as only one person out of the 3 nominated in my category will go home with the most coveted award.”
