An aircraft belonging to Dana Air on Tuesday 23rd April, 2024 skidded off the runway in Lagos State.
Details about the incident are still unclear as of the time of filing this report.
However, a source told newsmen that no casualties were recorded.
Recall that a similar incident happened in November, 2023 where an aircraft, which skidded off it’s runway in Ibadan Airport, it disrupted flight activities at the airport, as accident investigators were deployed to the scene.
But the Federal Airports Authority of Nigeria later resumed flight operations at the Samuel Ladoke Akintola Airport, Alakia Ibadan, Oyo State after the airport was shut briefly .
It was reported that the Ibadan airport was closed by the Federal Government as it carried out investigations into the private jet accident that occurred at the facility on Friday night.
