JUST IN: Adeleke, Oyebanji, Abiodun In Ibadan On Condolence Visit To Akeredolu’s Family
Oyo State Governor, Engr. Seyi Makinde is currently receiving other four south west governors at the Executive Chamber of the Governor’s office, Agodi Secretariat Ibadan.
It was gathered that Governor Makinde’s deputy, Barrister Bayo Lawal is representing the state governor to receive the southwest governors
According to report, the four southwest governors in Ibadan at the moment, as at the time of this report were; Osun State governor, Ademola Adeleke, his Ogun state counterpart, Dapo Abiodun, as well as Governor Abiodun Oyebanji of Ekiti State while the governor of Lagos State, Babajide Sanwo-Olu is yet to arrive.
The visit is premised on the demise of former governor of Ondo State, Arakunrin Oluwarotimi Akeredolu who died on Wednesday 27th December, 2023.
The governors are expected to make general condolence visit to the family of the late former governor at his residence in Jericho area of Ibadan.
