This formed the thrust of the unveiling of the Book : The Health Correspondent: from cub to seasoned reporter, a succinct footnote for aspiring journalists written by manager news and current affairs radio Nigeria Ibadan, Mrs Anthonia Salome Àkànjí to mark her 50th birthday.
The book, The Health Correspondent: from cub to seasoned reporter, a succinct footnote for aspiring journalists is a compilation of on-the-job experience of the Author, Anthonia Àkànjí in the coverage of health beat right from the cub stage in 2009 till she gained the mastery as a seasoned reporter.
Reviewing the thirty-six page book, Mrs Olaitan Oye-Adeitan, a Manager, in the New Media Department of Radio Nigeria said the book recounted the author’s passion, challenges and breakthroughs as a reporter on the health beat.
Mrs Oye-Adeitan noted that the book would serve as a handbook and guide for journalists, aspiring professional recognition such as the author.
Unveiling the Book, Deputy Director News and Current Affairs, frcn, ibadan, Mr. Adewumi Faniran lauded the ingenuity of the author at mentoring her subordinates , saying the book would create indelible impact on the new generation reporters

The highly elated celebrant and author, Mrs. Anthonia Àkànjí explained that her motivation for writing the book was born out of the passion to mentor young journalists
