Senator Alli Felicitates Adeolu Akande On Birthday

Senator Sharafadeen Alli (APC-Oyo South) has extended heartfelt congratulations to Prof. Adeolu Akande, former Chairman of the Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC), on the occasion of his birthday.

This was contained in a statement signed by his Special Adviser on Media, Akeem Abas, and made available to newsmen on Wednesday in Ibadan.

Akande, a legal luminary and APC Chieftain, was also former Chief of Staff to late former Governor Abiola Ajimobi of Oyo State.

Alli described Akande as a distinguished legal luminary, esteemed academician and dedicated public servant.

He acknowledged Prof. Akande’s significant contributions to Nigeria’s telecommunications sector during his tenure as NCC Chairman.

Alli said that Akande’s visionary leadership has greatly enhanced digital connectivity and fostered economic growth across the nation.

The lawmaker lauded Akande’s contributions to academia, where he inspired countless students and colleagues with his profound knowledge and dedication to scholarship.
