In a major political boost to the Allied Peoples Movement (APM), park managers across all five local government areas in Ogbomoso Land have unanimously endorsed Hon. Shina Peller and all APM candidates for the upcoming elections.
Speaking on behalf of the commercial transport executives during Hon. Peller’s visit to Orire Local Government Area on Saturday, the overall Chairman of the Park Managers, Comrade Jimoh Aderemi, gave a firm assurance of overwhelming electoral support.
Comrade Aderemi declared that APM candidates would secure triple the volume of votes previously delivered to Governor Seyi Makinde and the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) in the region’s last election.
Echoing Comrade Aderemi’s commitment, the park managers representing each of the five local government areas took turns to confirm their solidarity and readiness to mobilize their members fully behind the APM ticket.
Hon. Shina Peller, who is vying to represent Oyo North Senatorial District in 2027, was accompanied by a high-powered delegation.
Among those present were his Campaign Director-General and Executive Chairman of Ogbomoso North Local Government Council, Hon. George Gbadegesin Ogunlade; the APM House of Representatives candidate for Ogbomoso North, Ogbomoso South, and Orire Federal Constituency, Hon. John Adisa Oke.
Others are the majority leader of the Oyo State House of Assembly and APM State Assembly candidate for Ogbomoso South, Hon. Sanjo Adedoyin, alongside APM party chairmen, women and youth leaders, as well as key executive members across Ogbomoso Land.
In his reaction, Hon. Shina Peller expressed deep gratitude to the park managers and transport leaders for their unalloyed endorsement, promising to deliver effective and impactful representation that serves the best interests of the constituency when elected as senator in 2027.
