Zach Adedeji’s Appointment Is Well Deserving – Ex Oyo Assembly Lawmaker, Adisa Congratulates Tinubu’s New S.A On Revenue

Immediate past lawmaker who represented Afijio constituency in the Oyo state house of assembly, Hon. Seyi Adisa has congratulated the former Oyo State commissioner for finance, Mr Zachaeus Adelabu Adedeji on his appointment as the special adviser to president Bola Tinubu on revenue.

Hon. Adisa who was also the principal secretary to former Oyo state governor, late Sen. Abiola Ajimobi made this known in a statement to congratulate the Ogbomoso born financial expert.

Hon Adisa who described Mr Adedeji’s appointment as commendable and a welcome development, expressed confidence that the new special adviser will make unprecedented impact in his new portfolio.

Adisa explained that the country is in dire need to raise its revenue for national economic growth, and expressed confidence in Mr Adedeji’s capacity to advising the president on making progress in such regard.

He said with Adedeji’s experience and track record as a commissioner of finance in the public sector and his pedigree in the private sector, it was evident that Zachaeus Adedeji deserved the national assignment.

Adisa said “we worked together under Former governor Abiola Ajimobi, we were both students of Ajimobi politics and I know the amount of innovations, impact and professionalism he achieved in the ministry between 2011 and 2015”.

While urging the new special adviser to president Bola Tinubu on revenue to make Oyo state proud again, Hon. Adisa wished him a successful tenure that would contribute to the socio economic growth of the country.
