The death of the wife of the first civilian Governor of Ogun State, Madam Lucia Onabanjo has been announced.
In a statement by the daughter, Ms. Olubukunola Onabanjo, the matriarch of the Onabanjo family died at the age of 100.
She described her passing as a moment of deep sorrow, yet one filled with gratitude to Almighty God for a long and fulfilled life.
The family noted that her enduring values of discipline, service and integrity were clearly reflected in the public service career of her children.
