Nigerians who want to travel to Dubai are being denied visas, according to the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
A notice conveying the prohibition was sent to the nation’s business associates in Nigeria, including travel agencies.
Unfortunately, no explanation for the choice was provided; still, Vanguard has learned that the decision to deny visas is the most recent one the UAE Immigration authorities have made about their interactions with Nigerians.
An announcement that Vanguard reportedly saw states: “All Dubai applications filed are now rejected. Sending out the rejects in batches.
For all Nigerians, rejections are being issued, and approvals are now being delayed. Applications that are not accepted will not be refunded.
Please advise your clients to file new C2=A0 applications once the dispute has been settled between the two governments.
