All Progressives Congress, APC, Southwest zone has commiserated with the party leadership and members in Oyo state over the death of its chairman, Barrister Isaac Omodewu.
Barrister Omodewu, a member of the APC Southwest Zonal caucus, died last weekend in the US during a prolonged illness.
Reacting to the incident in a statement by its Chairman, Mr Isaac Kekemeke, the APC Southwest zone described the demise of Barrister Omodewu as a rude shock.
The zone regretted that the Oyo APC chairman died at a time when his role in the state and the Southwest was needed to move the party forward.
The Southwest zone of the party said the Late Omodewu was an hard working and loyal party Leader and would be greatly missed.
