Popular Nollywood Actor, Jide Adegbite “Miliki Daddy” Inspires, Completes M.Sc With Distinction At Lead City University.
As part of the efforts to gain more knowledge in life, popular Nollywood actor, Jide Adegbite also known as “Miliki Daddy” has bagged Masters Degree in Computer and Information Science from the Lead City University, Ibadan.
Newsarena.ng reports that the entertainer and event planner graduated with distinction.
At the graduation ceremony held on Wednesday in Ibadan, Jide Adegbite was flanked by friends, family and well wishers who came within and outside Oyo state to celebrate the new academic achievement of the Nollywood actor.
Miliki daddy’s first degree was Bachelor of Science, BSc in Computer Science with Economics from Olabisi Onabanjo University, Ago iwoye about 2 decades ago.
Adegbite, who was not dettered by age and other challenges, pursued his Masters Degree with hardwork, consistence and dedication.
While speaking with journalists after the graduation ceremony, Mr Jide Adegbite expressed confidence that his new academic achievement will encourage others who might have been discouraged to pursue their academic dreams.
He said irrespective of status, age, financial constraints or any form of discouragement should deter people from pursing their dreams, noting that learning and academic successes should be a continuous process.
He said “Despite funny talks by lots of people that I and one of my children are in the same institution. I was not discouraged because I am a goal getter full of determination”.
“Alot of people believe they cannot gather more knowledge when they get to a certain age or status, it is not so, both young and old should prioritize learning, learning is a continuous process ”
“It is not always easy, combining home front, career, business and academics wasn’t easy, but I was determined to graduate with distinction and by God’s grace, I accomplished it”
Miliki Daddy who narrated how he was committed to reading appealed to younger generation to focus on their studies, shun exams malpractices and all social vices
Adegbite is knowledgeable in virtually all aspects of life, a quality that made him published journals which were not limited to a particular paper that has to do with his career as an entertainer or event Planner.
One of his journals is the “Behavioral Analysis Model for Enhancing Attendees Experiences In Events Through K- Clustering Technique”
He expressed profound appreciation to Almighty God, wife, children, family and all lecturers of Computer Science Department at the Lead City University for the knowledge impacted on him.
