The 36 km dual carriageway of the Owerri-Orlu road in Imo State has been opened by the president, Muhammadu Buhari, on Tuesday.
Hope Uzodimma, the governor of Imo State, and other dignitaries wearing white clothing and red headgear greeted Buhari earlier at the airport.
