Idris Kolapo Kola-Daisi, the senatorial candidate of the Accord for Oyo South, was one of the proud sons and daughters of Ibadan who stood out at the Alliwo palace for Kabiesi, the Olubadan of Ibadaland, Oba Dr. Senator Mohood Olalekan Ishola Balogun’s (Alli Okunmade II) 80th birthday celebration.
Kola-Daisi, who arrived at the event early and sent a message of congratulations, praised Olubadan for his unwavering dedication to the advancement of Ibadan and its citizens and thanked the royal father for his generosity in receiving him.
Baba Agbotomokekere, the Chief Imam of Ibadanland, first called Kola Balogun, the current senator representing Oyo South, and subsequently Kola-Daisi to offer prayers for the latter’s success, especially at the upcoming polls.
