The federal lawmaker representing Ibadan North west/ Ibadan South west federal constituency of Oyo state, Hon. Adedeji Dhikrullahi Olajide (Odidiomo), has expressed deep sorrow over the passing of his colleague, Hon. Olaide Akinremi Jagaban.
Akinremi, represented Ibadan North Federal Constituency of Oyo State during his lifetime.
In a statement issued by Tolu Mustapha, Special Adviser, Media and Public Affairs to Hon. Olajide, the federal lawmaker described the late Jagaban as a dedicated and hardworking lawmaker who contributed significantly to the development of the country.
According to Olajide, “I am deeply saddened by the news of Hon. Akinremi Jagaban’s passing.
He was a brother and colleague who showed great commitment to our nation’s progress.
His demise is a great loss to the National Assembly and the people of Oyo State,” Odidiomo said.
He extended his condolences to the friends family, and political associates of the deceased and prayed for the repose of his soul.
“Hon. Jagaban will be greatly missed, but his legacy will live on in our hearts and in the lives of those he touched.
May Almighty God grant him eternal rest and comfort his family during this difficult time,” Odidiomo added.
