Oyo 2027: My Emergence As ZLP Consensus Governorship Candidate Was Made Possible By Party Unity, Quality Leadership – Lanre Azzan

Honourable Lanre Azzan, the Zenith Labour Party’s 2027 governorship candidate, has attributed the peaceful and well coordinated party primary that produced him as a consensus candidate, to the visionary and all inclusive leadership of the party.
Hon Azzan made this known while speaking with journalists in Ibadan
According to him, the ZLP in the state was built on a solid foundation with people with like minds and vision which characterized the unity among aspirants for governorship, National Assembly and House Of Assembly Seats.
He said his emergence as a consensus candidate was also borne out of the faith other aspirants, party leaders and members have in him.
The ZLP governorship candidate emphasized that the leadership qualities are divinely ordained, not man-made.
Hon. Lanre Azzan stated that, if elected, his administration would prioritize the welfare of the masses, particularly focusing on youth education, agricultural development, and security.
He pledged to spearhead a revolutionary transformation unprecedented in Oyo State’s history if given the mandate in 2027.
He urged party members to actively campaign and persuade citizens to vote for the ZLP, positioning it as the alternative party capable of enhancing the well-being of the people.
Lanre Azzan noted that the ZLP’s grassroots support comes predominantly from energetic and dedicated youths who enthusiastically engage in door-to-door campaign activities statewide.
