The Oyo State House of Assembly on Thursday passed three bills.
They are, the Oyo State Vehicle Inspection Service Bill, 2022, the Oyo State Building Control Agency Bill, 2023 and the Cultism Prohibition Bill, 2023.
The three bills were passed after the clause by clause considerations of the reports of the different House Committees.
The Cultism Prohibition Bill is to expose activities of cultism in educational institutions, Public service and communities in Oyo State, while it is also meant to guarantee safety of lives and properties as well as maintain a conducive learning atmosphere in educational institutions across Oyo State.
The House also took the first reading of Real Properties Protection Bill, 2023
