NUJ Prestigious Award: Oyo Lawmaker, Akintayo Lauds Ambassador Arapaja’s Exemplary Service to Humanity

As Oyo State council of the Nigeria Union of Journalists (NUJ) honours the Deputy National Chairman (South) of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP), the Lawmaker representing Oluyole State Constituency in the Oyo State House of Assembly, hon. Waheed Akintayo has extended his warm felicitations to him for being conferred with the award.

Ambassador Taofeek Arapaja is being conferred with the prestigious award as the Most Consistent Politician as part of activities marking the week long 2023 press week.

In a statement personally signed by the Lawmaker and made available to newsmen, Hon. Waheed Akintayo popularly known as Ilumoka Presenter’,acknowledged Arapaja’s significant contributions to the political landscape, commending his dedication and service to humanity.

According to him, “I want to use this opportunity to recognise his Excellency, Ambassador Taofeek Arapaja ‘s achievements as a politician and his remarkable impact in the community and society at large which is quite exemplary.

His ability to inspire others through his exemplary dedication, integrity and consistency is second to none.

I am optimistic that Ambassador Arapaja who had served as council chairman, federal lawmaker, deputy Governor, Nigeria’s Ambassador to two country and now Deputy National Chairman to the PDP’s wisdom and experience would continue to be invaluable to the political sphere and society as a whole.”

The lawmaker wished Ambassador Arapaja continued success and fulfillment in all his future endeavours as a politician.
