A grassroots politician and chieftain of the All Progressives Congress, APC in Oyo state, Oloye Kolapo Kola-Daisi, KKD, has described as shocking the sudden demise of an Ibadan born renown Islamic preacher, Sheikh Ajani Bello.
In a statement he personally signed and made available to journalists on Saturday, Oloye Kolapo Kola-Daisi said late Sheikh Ajani Bello was an highly revered Islamic scholar whose life was a beacon of faith, wisdom, and service to humanity.
He said Sheikh Bello was a father figure whose wisdom he deeply cherished and was always readily available to listen, support, and bless with his consistent prayers
He said “I join the Muslim Ummah and countless others in mourning the passing of Sheikh Muyideen Ajani Bello, a highly revered Islamic scholar whose life was a beacon of faith, wisdom, and service to humanity.
“Sheikh Muyideen Bello was more than a scholar; he was a man of profound wisdom, unwavering humility, and deep dedication to the will of Almighty Allah. His mastery of the Holy Quran, coupled with his ability to provide clarity, comfort, and guidance through his teachings, touched lives far and wide.
“On a personal level, Sheikh Bello was a father figure whose wisdom I deeply cherished. He was always readily available to listen, support, and bless with his consistent prayers. His presence in my life was a gift that I will forever hold dear.
