Prince Olawale Semiu Oyebola has reportedly emerged the preferred candidate of the Iseyin kingmakers for the throne of Aseyin Of Iseyin.
Reports emerging from the selection process of the new Aseyin of Iseyin at the king’s palace indicated that the ten kingmakers arrived the palace at ten o’clock on Tuesday morning after security men had cordoned off the place to forestall any break in law and order.
Report also indicated that voting process started as planned by the officials of the Iseyin local government and security agents.
The outcome of the votes cast, according to the report revealed that majority voted in favor of the 53year old abroad based Iseyin son.
Prince Oyebola would be the 30th Aseyin when being crowned, after the demise of late Dr. Abdganiy Salawudeen Adekunle Oloogunebi Ajinese 1.
