JCI Holds Joint Training For Executives Across Chapters In Ibadan.

The Ibadan 2023 Joint Officers Training School of The Junior Chambers has been concluded in Ibadan.

At the training held on Saturday 7th January, 2023 at the Valencia School, Oluyole All Local Organizations 2023 Board of Directors in Ibadan; JCI Ibadan, JCI Oluyole, JCI Odua, JCI Olubadan, JCI Premier and JCI Ibadan were in attendance.

The training has its theme as “Leading Change for Organizational Transformation.

JCI Sen Ayoade Abolusodun and JCI Amb. Adeyanju Adeonipekun took the delegates through rigorous training of Leadership, JCI Parliamentary Procedures and Synergy between all the Local Organizations in Ibadan.

The Team Lead of the planning committee, Mrs Ibukunoluwa OTESILE in a welcome address charged all the delegates to be open minded to learn and unlearn even as they network and interact.

Earlier, JCI Sen Ayoade Abolusodun, 2010 National President of JCI Nigeria, explained that the coming together expressed a beginning; while staying together represent progress and working together indicated a success’.

Also speaking, The 2023 JCI Nigeria General Legal Council, JCIN Amb. Adeyanju Adeonipekun hinged his training on the fact that Respect is an attachment to the content an individual carries, therefore learning and personal development must be a constant for leaders.

The 2023 Presidents of all Ibadan JCI Local Organizations: JC Lanre Alawode of Ibadan Elite, JC Oladipo Olajide of JCI Ibadan, JC Taiwo Oladepo of JCI Premier, JC Adeleye Adedeji of JCI Odua and JC Amao Kafayat Abiola of JCI Oluyole were all present to show examplenary leadership.

The Immediate Past President of JCI Ibadan Elite, Goodness Morakinyo encouraged all delegates to make deliberate efforts to sustain the drive to collaborate and synergize with all other JCI Local Organizations in Ibadan throughout the year. Other Immediate Past Presidents that graced the occasion were JCI Premier’s Olajide and JCI Olubadan’s Julius Jegede.
