Igbeti Born Canada Based Philanthropist, Adeola Adebayo Presents Cash Gifts To Pensioners

It was a celebration mood in Igbeti, Olorunsogo local government area of Oyo state as more than 80 pensioners received cash gifts from a Canada based Igbeti indigene, Mr Adeola Adebayo.

Apart from the fact that the gesture was aimed at celebrating the season with the beneficiaries, it was a show of appreciation to the retired workers in the council.

According to report, the pensioners comprises of Retired Secondary School Staff and Retired Hospital Management Board Staff.

Each of the pensioners received a sum of five thousand naira only as festive gift.

Reacting, Chairman of Nigerian Union of Pensioners, Igbeti, Olorunsogo Local Government Branch, Comrade Olajide Solomon appreciated the donor for his kind gesture towards them.

The pensioners however offered prayers for Mr Adeola Adebayo and his team, wishing them well in all their endeavors.

Mr Adeola Adebayo who was by Mr Okedokun Adewole Blessing, Adelodun Adetunji, and Olawoyin Adebayo promised that the Retired Primary School Staff will soon get the stipend.
