Ibarapa North/East Political Head, Olalowo Admonishes Workers’ On Performance

The Political Head of Ibarapa North/East Local Council Development Area (LCDA), Lanlate, Hon Jacob Olakunle Olalowo has encouraged the workforce in the LCDA to be optimistic, assuring that he would not deprive them of their needs.
Hon. Olalowo who is the vice Chairman of Ibarapa East Local Government stated this while holding a familiarization meeting with workers at the LCDA hall recently.
Hon. Olalowo warned workers most especially the adhoc staffs to justify the confidence reposed in them by performing their duties excellently.
He stressed that any worker(s) be it permanent or ad-hoc who failed to justify the salary being collected from Oyo State Government would be dealt with ruthlessly.
He eulogized the Executive Governor of Oyo State, Engr. Seyi Makinde for the prompt payment of workers salary including the pensioners, urging them to give unflinching support to the government so as to improve on the provision of dividends of democracy for them.
He promised the LCDA workers maximum incentive, adding that the welfare of workers as well as PDP leaders and loyalists would be his utmost priority.
Hon. Olalowo added that all workers irrespective of position or level must take attendance by 8.am and leave office by 4.pm.
