Ibarapa Central LG Vice Chairman, Babarinde Rasheed (Emilagba), Condoles with Hon. Adepoju ‘Ibarapakan’ Over Father’s Death
The Vice Chairman of Ibarapa Central Local Government, Hon. Babarinde Rasheed, popularly known as Emilagba, has expressed heartfelt condolences to Hon. Adepoju ‘Ibarapakan’, Member representing Ibarapa Central/North Federal Constituency at the House of Representatives, following the passing of his beloved father.
In a statement issued on Thursday, Hon. Babarinde described the death of Pa Adepoju who died at 89 years as a great loss not only to the Adepoju family but also to the entire Ibarapa community.
He noted that the late patriarch was a respected elder, known for his wisdom, humility, and contributions to the development of his community.
“I extend my deepest sympathy to my leader and friend, Hon. Adepoju Ibarapakan, during this moment of sorrow. Baba lived a fulfilled life, leaving behind a legacy of integrity, discipline, and service. His impact will be remembered by many across Ibarapa land,” Hon. Emilagba said.
He urged Hon. Adepoju and the entire Adepoju family to take solace in the fact that their father lived a life worthy of emulation and prayed for strength and comfort during this difficult time.
“As a community, we stand with you. May God grant Baba eternal rest and uphold the family he has left behind,” he added.
