The 2023 governorship candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Oyo State Senator Teslim Folarin has congratulated the Speaker of Federal House of Representatives, Rt. Hon. Femi Gbajabiamila on his sixtieth birthday.
In a congratulatory message on the occasion of Gbajabiamila’s 60th birthday the three-term senator eulogised Speaker Gbajabiamila for his tremendous contributions to the Nigerian project since 2003.
Senator Folarin also described Rt Hon. Gbajabiamila as an astute politician, excellent public administrator and distinguished lawmaker.
Below is a part of the statement released by Senator Folarin on the occasion of Gbajabiamila’s Birthday:
“I join family, members of National Assembly, friends and political associates of His Excellency Rt. Hon. (Barr.) Femi Gbajabiamila [Speaker, Federal House of Representatives] to celebrate him on the auspicious occasion of his 60th birthday anniversary”.
“Life’s milestones are not supposed to be counted, they’re supposed to be celebrated. Mr. Speaker is worthy of celebration because he has genuinely devoted his life to the service of his people and Nigeria project”.
“He is undoubtedly an astute politician, excellent public administrator and distinguished lawmaker who is passionate about the wellbeing of his constituents and Nigeria project. I enjoy working with him because he is a visionary comrade. He is great asset to Lagos State, Yorubaland and Nigeria at large”.
“He is one of the most experienced lawmakers in the history of Nigeria who has brought his experience to bear on the Nigerian legislature. He has always been consistent in pursuing the enactment of quality legislation, and also demonstrating commitment to a prosperous, united and peaceful Nigeria.”
