Dr. Femi Olaleye, the medical director of the Optimal Cancer Care Foundation, was remanded on Wednesday by Justice Ramon Oshodi of an Ikeja Sexual Offenses and Domestic Violence Court for allegedly defiling his wife’s 16-year-old niece (name withheld).
The defendant will be held at the Ikoyi Correctional Facility till his bail is fully satisfied, Oshodi said.
Oleleye is accused of defiling and sexual assault by penetration on two counts.
He, however, entered a not guilty plea to the accusation.
