A fully loaded tanker has wreaked havoc at Apata junction (opposite Oando filling station) Ibadan, Oyo state.
A witness, Bode Ebiwonjumi said the tanker coming from NNPC area lost control and rammed into block of shops opposite the filling station and immediately burst into flames.
Newsarena.ng reports that the Numbers of affected shops as at the time of filing this story were yet to be ascertained.
The fire was also said to have extended to some buildings around the area.
Efforts by newsmen that put across a call to Oyo state fire service however yielded result as the team arrived the scene 15 minutes after the fire started.
