Better Days Ahead: Senator Alli Urges Nigerians To Reconsider August 1 Protest

Senator Sharafadeen Alli (APC-Oyo South) has called on Nigerians to reconsider their plans to commence a protest on August 1, saying hardship temporary for long-lasting prosperity.

This is contained in a statement signed by his Special Adviser on Media, Akeem Abas and made available to newsmen on Saturday in Ibadan.

Alli appealed to the citizens to exercise patience and trust in the administration of President Bola Tinubu, affirming that the government has the best interests of the nation at heart.

He acknowledged the current hardships faced by Nigerians, but assured the populace that these challenges are temporary and part of a strategic effort to pave the way for long-lasting prosperity.

“We understand the pain and the struggle, but we are on a path to significant improvement,” he said.

Alli said that President Tinubu’s administration was implementing policies designed to stabilise the economy and create a more sustainable future for all Nigerians.

He urged the citizens to remain hopeful and patient, as these policies would eventually yield positive results.

“Transformation is never easy, but the outcome will benefit us all,” he said.
