Lagos Govt. Announces Date To Reopen Third Mainland Bridge
The Lagos State Government says the planned re-opening of the Third Mainland Bridge would hold on April 4, 2024.
This is contained in a statement by the Commissioner for Transportation, Oluwaseun Osiyemi, on his X account on Saturday.
The statement read, “Dear Lagos residents, We’re pleased to share that the Third Mainland Bridge will resume full operations on April 4, 2024, following extensive repairs.
“We sincerely thank you for your patience and cooperation, and we look forward to even smoother travels ahead.”
Recall that the Lagos State Government had announced January 5, 2024, that the bridge will be partially closed from Tuesday, January 9, for repairs.
