Leicester city forward Kelechi Iheanacho scored in the 67th minute to rescue a point for the Super Eagles of Nigeria against the Warriors of Zimbabwe in their second Group C game of the 2026 FIFA World Cup Qualifiers.
Zimbabwe took the lead in the 26th minute through Walter Musona, but Iheanacho restored parity in the 67th minute as the game ended 1-1.
It was another disappointing encounter for the Super Eagles, who are yet to record a win after two games in the qualifiers.
It would be recalled that they had also played a 1-1 draw with Lesotho last week Thursday in their opening Group C game.
