Flying Eagles of Nigeria failed to reach the final of the ongoing Under 20 African cup of Nations in Egypt after losing to Gambia in the semi finals on Monday.
The Flying Eagles lost to Gambia by a lone goal and would now settle for a battle with Tunisia for a third place finish.
Earlier, Senegal continued their commanding display at the tournament with a 3-nil victory over Tunisia to set up a final clash with Gambia.
The third place fixture between Nigeria and Tunisia will be played on Friday, while the final between Senegal and Gambia will be played on Saturday.
