It was a glorious moment of joy and thanksgiving at the weekend when the Asiwaju of Ibuji Kingdom, Ondo State, Chief Samson Tunde Abiodun fondly called S.T celebrated his 60th birthday.

Chief S.T Abiodun, a retired Deputy Director, News and Current Affairs Department, Federal Radio Corporation of Nigeria, FRCN Ibadan, had a splendid time celebrating his birth anniversary in grand style with friends, families, well wishers and colleagues from the media amidst praises to God Almighty.

Newsarena.ng entertainment gist crew gathered that the colourful event which took place at his Ashipa residence of Ibadan was spiced up with testimonies about the celebrant, presentation of gifts, music and lots more

Wife of the celebrant, Mrs Dupe Abiodun, described her husband as “a caring father who is determined to raise intellectual children”

General Manager, Positive FM Akure, Mrs Olubunmi Olalere and a retired Director of News, Elder Adenrele Ajisefinni, described the celebrant as a long time friend and highly intelligent man.

Also speaking A former Deputy Director of News, Deacon Femi Oladipo advised the celebrant to always relax well, while an Assistant Director, News, Mrs Morenike Esan described Mr Abiodun for being a diligent person and great event organiser.

Some friends and relations of the celebrant including inlaws said the celebrant showed interest in assisting people who come his way and always finding a way to solve their problems.

Reacting, Chief Abiodun who could not hide his joy, sang beautiful songs to appreciate God for making him fulfilled in life despite all odds.

The event had in attendance the current deputy Director News, FRCN Ibadan zonal station, Mr Adewumi Faniran and a legal practitioner, Mr Stephen James.
