Oyo State Secretary to the State Government, Mrs Olubamiwo Adeosun has said that the present administration would continue to support Federal Agencies in the State to perform their duties to the best of their abilities.
Mrs Adeosun stated this while hosting the new Commandant, Federal Road Safety Corps, Oyo State Command FRSC, Joshua Oluwafemi Adekanye at the Governor’s Office, Secretariat, Ibadan.
She enjoined the Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC) to work closely with Oyo State Traffic Management Agency to ease the traffic gridlock on the roads.
The SSG noted that Oyo State being a pacesetter State will continue to support federal agencies in the State to perform their duties optimally.
She said. “Federal Road Safety Corps started in Oyo State, we have soft spot for the agency and we will continue to support it to the best of our ability.”
She then charged FRSC to continue to monitor motorists and further engage in public enlightenment programmes as the ember month are approaching.
In his remarks, the new sector commander FRSC cc Oluwafemi Adekanye fsi, said the agency would soon commence ember month campaign to educate motorists in the State.
He commended the present administration in the State under the leadership of Governor Seyi Makinde fnse for his support to the agency whenever the need arises.
