Oyo Speaker, Ogundoyin Celebrates Oba Rashidi Ladoja At 80, Says “He’s A Guiding Light”
As eulogies continue to pour in for the former Governor of Oyo State, Oba Senator Rashidi Ladoja as he marks his 80years birthday, the Speaker of the State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Adebo Ogundoyin has described the celebrant as a guiding light for both old and young politicians.
Oyo Speaker, Ogundoyin in a congratulatory statement issued in Ibadan said the dedication of Oba Rashidi Ladoja to the development of the State as a former Governor was remarkable and laudable.
He said as a phenomenal and selfless leader, Oba Rashidi Ladoja has left his indelible footprints in the State
“I joined thousands of well meaning Nigerians to celebrate one of my father figures in Oyo State, Oba Senator Rashidi Ladoja on the occasion of Papa’s 80th birthday anniversary. Joining the group of octogenarian is really a celestial favor and an uncommon privilege. May God continue to strengthen Oba Rashidi Ladoja, and preserve his life in good health so that we can continue to benefit from his immense experiences which cut across all spheres of human endeavours. Happy birthday Sir, may your remaining days be filled with happiness and unlimited and abundant blessings and favours from above”
The Speaker said Oba Rashidi Ladoja has continued to demonstrate unique qualities and characteristics which make him a distinguished elder Stateman.
