The Speaker, Oyo State House of Assembly and Chairman, Conference of Speakers of State Legislatures of Nigeria, Rt. Hon. Adebo Ogundoyin, has extended warm birthday greetings to Executive Chairman, Lagelu Local Government, Hon. Mudashiru Kamorudeen, and Alhaji Akeem Azeez, Personal Assistant to His Excellency, Governor Seyi Makinde.
In a statement personally signed by the Speaker, Rt. Hon. Ogundoyin described both men as highly resourceful individuals whose unwavering dedication to public service and loyalty to the ideals of good governance continue to stand them out in their respective spheres.
He praised Hon. Mudashiru Kamorudeen for his focused leadership at Lagelu Local Government and for aligning the Council’s development strides with the progressive vision of the present administration in Oyo State.
“You have proven yourself as a grassroots politician who understands the pulse of your people. Your leadership in Lagelu is commendable and reflects the commitment of the PDP to improving lives at the community level.”
While congratulating Alhaji Akeem Azeez, Rt. Hon. Ogundoyin commended his unflinching loyalty and strategic coordinating roles in the Governor’s office.
He noted that Alh. Akeem Azeez has been instrumental to many behind-the-scenes efforts that ensure the smooth and efficient running of the Governor’s daily engagements.
“You are one of the silent achievers and loyal allies who make things work at the highest levels. Your maturity, discretion, and political intelligence are well known and appreciated by all.”
Rt. Hon. Ogundoyin prayed for long life, strength, and greater accomplishments for both celebrants, urging them to continue to offer their best to Oyo State and the people they serve.
