The Oyo state State chapter of the New Nigerian People’s Party, NNPP, NNPP, has held its state congress, electing Mrs Ayobami Idowu as the new state chairman of the party.
Also elected alongside the chairman were Akanmu Oladosu, Deputy Chairman, Adejumo John and Olaniran Riike returned as Secretary and Women Leader respectively.
Barrister Salau Adeoye was elected Legal Adviser, while Adeosun Sunday became Welfare Secretary among others.
The congress, which was witnessed by a committee set up by the national leadership of the party, led by Hon Mukthar from Kano was held at BON hotel, Ibadan.
