The Peoples Democratic Party, PDP vice Chairmanship candidate for Surulere local government at the forthcoming Oyo state local government election Honourable Barakat Adeyinka has underscored the importance of royal blessings in making political success.
Honourable Barakat Adeyinka who gave the need while paying a courtesy visit to the palace of Oranmiyan of Oko land Oba Solomon Akinola said she came to covet royal blessings as the party flagged off its campaign for the coming local government election in Oyo state.
She promised to prioritise the dividends of democracy to the good people of Surulere local government when voted in as vice chairman.
The astute politician called on all residents of Surulere local government to vote for her and the contesting chairman, Honorable Isaiah Adegbite.
In his remark, the Oranmiyan of Oko land Oba Solomon Akinola said he would give honorable Isaiah Adegbite and his running mate Honorable Barakat Adeyinka necessary Royal support to emerge in the election.
