The governorship candidate of the All progressive Congress, in Oyo State, Senator Teslim Folarin has been promoted as the new Asaaju Olubadan of Ibadan land.
This was contained in a statement by the Olubadan of Ibadan land, Oba Lekan Balogun and signed by the monarch’s personal assistant, Akeem Rufai
Others due for promotion are Senior Chief Kola Babalola(SAN), who will move to Abese Olubadan of Ibadan land, Senior Chief Rasheed Olalekan Alabi who will move to Maye Olubadan of Ibadan Land, Senior chief Lateef Oyeola Oyelade who will move to Ekefa Olubadan of Ibadan land, Senior chief Yekeen Ayoade Adeojo who will move to Agbaakin Olubadan of Ibadan land.
Others are Senior chief Ismaila Akinade Fijabi, who will move to Aare Alaasa Olubadan of Ibadan land ,Chief Saka Fola Lapade who will move to Ikolaba olubadan of Ibadan land, chief Muibi Ademola Adewuyi who will move to Ayingun Olubadan of Ibadan land and Chief Raufu Yesufu Delesolu who will move to Aare Ago Olubadan of Ibadan land.
A ceremony to mark their promotion will hold at the Ali-iwo palace on Friday.
