Ogun State Gets New Head Of Service

The Ogun State Governor, Prince Dapo Abiodun, has approved the appointment of Mr. Kehinde Onasanya as the new Head of the Service.

The Secretary to the Ogun State Government, Mr. Tokunbo Talabi who announced this in a statement in Abeokuta, explained that Mr Onasanya’s appointment was sequel to the exit of his predecessor, Mr. Kolawole Fagbohun, who had retired from service.

The newly appointed Head of Service, who joined the civil service in 1992 as an information officer on Grade Level 08 and rose through the ranks to become a Permanent Secretary in September, 2020 was until his appointment, the Permanent Secretary, Bureau of Political Affairs and Administration.

Mr. Onasanya, a thoroughbred professional, media manager of great repute, and an astute administrator is a member of many professional bodies, including the Nigerian Union of Journalists, NUJ.
