The new Commissioner of Police in Ondo State, Taiwo Jesubiyi says the command and other security agencies will come up with fresh strategies to flush out criminals from the forests in the state.
He stated this at the command’s headquarters in Akure, while addressing newsmen on his official assumption office.
Mr Jesubiyi who is the 42nd commissioner of Police in the state, said under his leadership, the command would review the existing security strategies he met on ground and make the state uncomfortable for criminals.
The police Commissioner who promised to serve with the fear of God, explained that his command would, in synergy with other security agencies, storm forests in borders of Kogi and Edo states
Mr Jesubiyi disclosed that he had been briefed on the black spots and other security situations in the state, sought the support of the stakeholders especially the media in delivering on his mandate.
