As part of activities marking her 50th birthday, a respected media professional, Mrs Nkoyo Umoh has inaugurated a volunteer project team to coordinate two landmark initiatives, a documentary chronicling her life journey and a media masterclass designed to empower journalists and communication professionals.

The projects, titled “50 Years of Grace & Impact Documentary” and “Media Masterclass,” are scheduled to culminate on Monday, September 7, 2026, coinciding with her 50th birthday.

In a welcome message to members of the project team, the celebrant described the initiatives as more than birthday activities, saying they were conceived to celebrate relationships, document a lifetime of experiences, and give back to the media and communication community.

According to her, the documentary will capture the story of her five-decade journey through the people, experiences, lessons, challenges, opportunities and impact that have shaped her life and career.

“These are more than birthday activities. They are intended to be a celebration of relationships, a documentation of a journey, and a give-back to the media and communication community,” she said.
