The Chairperson, Oyo State Rule of Law Enforcement Authority, Retired Justice Aderonke Aderemi has identified determination and divine guidance as essential factors needed for achieving career success.
Retired Justice Aderemi made this known while speaking as a ‘Personality Of The Month’ at the 8th anniversary celebration of Junior Chamber International, JCI Ibadan Elite.

The authority chairperson said for women with families to thrive professionally, they must balance both the home front and their careers as well as prioritizing the welfare of their husbands.

She explained how she was able to reach the pinnacle of her career through unwavering determination and focus, urging women not to be discouraged by the mirage of challenges confronting them.
Earlier in his speech, the guest speaker and trainer, JCI Sen Olawale Bakare, emphasized that success stems from working smart with purpose, advising individuals to celebrate their small successes and recognize the progress towards their life visions.
In his goodwill message, the 2026 JCI National President, JCIN Ambassador Akinbode Abitogun congratulated JCI Ibadan Elite on its 8th anniversary and commended the chapter’s growth, excellence, impact, and elite standards, praising their dedication and hard work.
The 2026 JCI Ibadan Elite President, JCIN Amb Ibukunoluwa Otesile in her welcome address celebrated women for their resilience, describing JCI Ibadan Elite as a flagship to other local chapters in JCI.
Mrs Otesile pledged a renewed commitment of his administration to achieve giant strides for the organization.
Highlights of the event included the presentation of recognition awards to past presidents and supporting partners.
