Iyorchia Ayu, Udom Others Canvass Votes For Atiku In Osun

The People’s Democratic Party (PDP) bigwigs visited Osogbo, the capital of Osun state, on Wednesday to ask for support for Alhaji Atiku Abubakar, the party’s presidential candidate in the 2023 election.

Dr. Iyorchia Ayu, the national chairman of the PDP, Governor Udom Emmanuel, the director general of the PDP presidential campaign, and Governor Aminu Waziri thanked the electorate for its support of the party in the July 16 governorship election and urged voters to do the same in the 2023 presidential election, as this would ensure synergy and have positive effects on the state.

In his remark, PDP presidential candidate, Alhaji Atiku Abubakar urged the people to secure the future of the nation by voting him to power in 2023 claiming he had solutions to national challenges.

According to Alhaji Abubakar, Nigerians would start to notice the benefits of his administration on the very first day.

Ademola Adeleke, the governor of Osun state, promised the crowd that if the PDP wins the 2023 presidential election, the state will profit greatly.

Governor Adeleke thanked the electorate for their support in the July 16 governorship election and reassured them that the party would uphold its campaign pledges.

Honorable Lasun Yusuf, a former deputy speaker, member of the house of representatives, and contender for governor of Osun in 2022, switched parties at a rally held in freedom park in Osogbo.
