Ibarapa East LG Chairman, Arogundade Welcomes First Zonal Permanent Secretary For Ibarapa Land.

The Executive Chairman of Ibarapa East Local Government area of Oyo state, Hon. Kazeem Owolabi Arogundade on Thursday 6 January, 2025 welcomed first Ibarapa Zonal Permanent Secretary at his office.
In his address, Hon. Kazeem Arogundade expressed profound gratitude to Oyo State Governor, Engr. Seyi Makinde for the innovation and initiative which gave birth to permanent secretaries for zones in Oyo state.
The council chairman said he would work in tandem with the Permanent Secretary to move Ibarapa land to the place of pride.
Reacting, the first Ibarapa Zonal Permanent Secretary, Dr. Kafilat Adefunke Hazmat who felicitated the chairman over his birth anniversary done on Wednesday, commended his efforts at ensuring that an office accomodation was provided for her to discharge her duties optimally.
Dr. Hamzat who hailed from Igboora axis of Ibarapaland, said the initiative by Governor Seyi Makinde to appoint Zonal permanent secretaries has received praises and commendations from neighbouring states and Nigeria in general.
She pledged to uphold the ethics of the office and contribute meaningfully to growth and development of Ibarapa zone
