Ibarapa East LG Chair, Arogundade Supports Security Agencies With Operational Tools • Distributes Books To Pupils.

As part of his efforts aimed at securing the lives and property in Ibarapa East Local Government, the Executive Chairman of the council, Hon. Kazeem Owolabi Arogundade has supported security personnel in the council with two brand new Boxer motorcycles; patrol vehicle tyres; patrol vehicle batteries and a number of flash lights.


While distributing the materials to the beneficiaries, Hon. Kazeem Arogundade encouraged security personnel to redouble their efforts at ensuring that the council was free from any form of vices.

He commended the security agencies for their commitment to duty at all times, promising that such gesture would be done once in two months for the initiative to reach all security outfits.

In his royal speech, the Eleruwa of Eruwa, HRM, Oba Samuel Adebayo Adegbola, Ajobo Olurin 1 (JP) described Hon. Kazeem Owolabi Arogundade as a politician who prioritized the security of lives and property of Ibarapa East residents, urging him to  continue in that regard.

The monarch pointed out that Hon. Arogundade made the promise to provide necessary operational tools to security personnel across Ibarapa East during a stakeholders meeting and he expressed delight that the promises were fulfilled according to the officers’ request.

The paramount traditional ruler also appealed to Hon. Kazeem Owolabi Arogundade to renovate the DSS office as well as Operation Burst office.

Oba Adegbola used the medium to commend Oyo State Governor, Engr. Seyi Makinde for his developmental projects across Oyo State, in which Ibarapa East was included.

He also thanked Oyo State Speaker, Rt (Hon) Adebo Edward Ogundoyin as well as High Chief Adewale Atanda for the love shown on Ibarapa East Local Government.

In another development, the council boss distributed ten thousand (10,000) copies of exercise books to primary schools across the council area, as part of effort to improve the education sector.
