Ibadan North Fed Reps’ Aspirant, Aderonmu “Symbol” Felicitates Muslim Ummah In Maolud Message
A leading aspirant in the forthcoming bye election into Ibadan North Federal House of Representatives under the platform of the All Progressives Congress, APC in Oyo state, Hon Adesina Aderonmu ‘Symbol’ has congratulated Muslim Ummah on the occassion of this year’s Eid IL Maolud.
Hon. Aderonmu ‘Symbol’ in a statement personally signed to extend greetings to the Muslim community in Oyo state, Nigeria and Ibadan North in particular prayed that Almighty Allah guide and bless the land with His infinite mercy.
He said the celebration of the birth of Prophet Muhammed should inspire everyone to embrace the virtues of peace, compassion, and righteousness that He embodied.
The statement reads in part: “In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.
“On this blessed occasion of Maolud Nabiy, I extend my warmest greetings to the Muslim Ummah in Ibadan North and beyond. As we celebrate the birth of our beloved Prophet Muhammad (Peace Be Upon Him), may this day inspire us to embrace the virtues of peace, compassion, and righteousness that he embodied.
Allah (SWT) says in the Holy Qur’an:
“Indeed, Allah and His angels send blessings upon the Prophet. O you who have believed, ask [Allah to confer] blessing upon him and ask [Allah to grant him] peace.”* (Qur’an 33:56)
“Let us come together in unity and devotion, praying for continued peace, prosperity, and harmony in our community, state, and Nigeria as a whole. May the example of the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) guide us in all our actions, and may Allah bless us with His infinite mercy.
“Maolud Nabiy Mubarak to all.”
