“Get Involved, Stay Informed, Foster Dialogue” – Kolapo Kola-Daisi (KKD) Sensitizes Citizens On Democracy Day 

A chieftain of the All Progressives Congress, APC in Oyo state, Kolapo Kola-Daisi, KKD has called on Nigerians to be actively involved and participate in democratic processes.

This is contained in a statement he issued in Ibadan to journalists in commemoration of this year’s democracy day in Nigeria.

Kolapo Kola-Daisi explained that it is more important for Nigerians to actively participate in democratic processes, starting with activities in their immediate communities.

He said beyond votes during elections, citizens’ voices, and continued engagement are the lifeblood to sustain democracy.

“Today, we honor the sacrifices and contributions of all Nigerians who have worked tirelessly to uphold our democratic values and strengthen our national unity.

“As we celebrate Democracy Day, let us remember that our democracy is not just a system of governance but a reflection of our collective will and aspirations. An unbroken 25-year of democracy is a testament to our enduring spirit as Nigeria, our shared dreams, and our determination to build a nation where every voice is heard and every citizen matters.

“Get involved, stay informed, foster dialogue, and endeavour to make your voice count in community and democratic processes.
