Fola Akinosun: Celebrating A Father-Figure, Philanthropist With Good Intention

The wealth we have or the positions we hold remain mere instruments that are inactive if lives are not impacted positively by them.

The attitude of doing good or lending helping hands to the less privileged also obviously does not have anything to do with the level of influence, affluence, or capacity; no wonder people go out of their way to put smiles on the faces of the needy.

Among these very few people is a revered orator, educationist, grassroots politician, father figure, and above all, philanthropist, Dr. Fola Akinosun.

Dr. Fola Akinosun, an Ibadan indigene born to korukoru compound, Yemetu Ibadan, the agbaakin of Irokoland and the founder, of Foreign Links Campus, Moro, Osun state can best be described as an angel in human form, especially to thousands of people who have benefitted from his kind heart and philanthropic gesture.

Parents of over fifteen thousand students across Oyo State, and thousands of young people across the southwest states cannot forget in a hurry the uncommon contributions of the living legend in reshaping the lives of their children and wards through the scholarship scheme of the Fola Akinosun Foundation.
