A two-term member of the House of Representatives from Ogun state, Hon. Jelili Kayode Amusan (JKA) has congratulated Professor Nentawe Goshwe Yilwatda on his emergence as the National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress, APC.
Hon. Amusan’s congratulatory message was contained in a press release made available to newsmen in Abeokuta on Thursday.
Professor Nentawe Goshwe Yilwatda, is the Minister of Humanitarian Affairs and APC gubernatorial candidate for Plateau state in 2023.
His appointment was made public today, after the National Executive Committee, NEC, of the APC confirmed his nomination.
He is expected to serve until December 31, 2025, after the NEC had approved the extension of the tenure of the current Executives of the APC from the ward to the National levels.
Hon. Amusan wished the National Chairman a successful tenure while also praying that Almighty Allah shall grant him the wisdom to successfully navigate through the challenges ahead.
Similarly, Hon. Amusan congratulated the Ogun state Chairman of APC, Alhaji Yemi Sanusi, all Local Government Party Chairmen, Ward Chairmen and their Executives on the extension of their tenures.
He described the Ogun state APC Chairman as a principled man, whose integrity is not in doubt.
I believe that it has pleased Almighty Allah to elongate the tenure of the present Party Executives in the interests of Ogun APC.
He prayed that the State Chairman will continue to grow in strength and wisdom, while also calling on Stakeholders within Ogun APC to rally round the Chairman and the Executives so that the Party will continue to wax stronger.
